Last July we celebrated the construction of the Kaap Duin apartment complex in Almere Poort; thirteen modern two- and three-room apartments, spread over four floors. The buyers got to know the project developer, the contractor and their new neighbors while enjoying a snack and a drink. An extensive tour of the building site gave them a good idea of what the whole will look like. The buyer of apartment 1 and an employee of the municipality of Almere together symbolically pasted a block of polystyrene foam against the wall. Just a little while, and the new residents can enjoy their new home!

On 21 February, together with the buyers, we celebrated the start of the construction of Duin-Mere. HBA Projectontwikkeling and contracting company Olde Rikkert jointly addressed the buyers and there was a festive toast to a good start to the construction and a successful course of the project. Two lucky buyers were allowed to lay the first pieces of the formwork and thus give the go-ahead for the foundation of 'their' building. The other buyers were also given the opportunity to leave something personal in the foundation. From euros to written notes. A beautiful and (literally) lasting memory.
