At the corner of Zwedenstraat and IJslandstraat in Almere Poort, HBA realised thirteen modern three-room appartments. The apartments are characterized by spacious living rooms with impressive windows so that you always stay in a wonderfully light space. From the brightly lit living room, you can step onto the balcony with a view of the greenery. Each apartment has two spacious bedrooms and an allocated parking space. There is a stairwell and elevator in the center of the building.

The three-room apartments vary in size from approximately 61 m² to 91 m².
