At the corner of Rentmeestertsstraat and Schoutstraat in Almere-Stad, work is currently underway on the Notarii transformation project; sixteen modern two-room apartments and studios, spread over four floors. The apartments are characterized by a nice living room with impressive windows, so that you always stay in a wonderfully light space. You can step onto the balcony from the brightly lit living room, with a view of the greenery or the city. There is a stairwell and elevator in the center of the building.

The apartments vary in size from approximately 45 m² to 60 m².

Although the amenities of a city are indispensable, you undoubtedly sometimes feel the need to visit nature and get a breath of fresh air. Via various cycling and walking paths you can easily reach the surrounding green polder landscape from Almere-Stad and the forest and the beach are also nearby.
